PRODUCTION U 2026

 Production U  is a summer intensive experience in video production and public speaking for students entering grades 9 through 12 with an interest in exploring these exciting careers.


Week 1   Tuesday July 7 - Friday July 10    9 am – 1 pm

InnaStar GLOW Program (Growth • Leadership • Outreach • Worth) GLOW is a confidence‑building program where students learn to express themselves, develop leadership skills, and use storytelling and media to make a positive impact. Through hands‑on activities and on‑camera practice, participants strengthen their voice, creativity, and self‑confidence—leaving ready to shine on and off the screen.

 

Week 2  Monday July 13- Friday July 17   9 am- 4 pm

Production U at PBS39 gives students hands‑on experience in real TV and digital media production. Participants learn camera work, studio operations, editing, and on‑air presentation while creating projects as part of a professional team. It’s a fun, practical way to build skills and explore careers in media.
