Join us for the Good Neighbor Awards on May 21, 2025 on the SteelStacks campus at our home, the Univest Public Media Center. The Good Neighbor Awards are given each year in the spirit of Fred Rogers, who was everyone's neighbor.
Lehigh Valley Public Media will recognize our neighbors who make significant contributions to improve the quality of life in the Lehigh Valley. Thank you to all our community members who shared nominations for the 2025 Awards. Stay tuned for our honoree announcement!
All funds raised support the Good Neighbor Fund, which addresses the critical needs of our community by providing education programs like Scholastic Scrimmage, Book Nooks, and Good News at PBS39 to children, families, and educators throughout the region.

2024 GOOD NEIGHBOR AWARDS VIDEOS
Hear from the three honorees at this year's Lehigh Valley Public Media 2024 Good Neighbor Awards held on May 22 on why our nonprofit public media organization is so important to the Lehigh Valley Pa. community.
At the 8th Annual Good Neighbor Awards, we honored Jamie Musselman for her many contributions to the Lehigh Valley region. Jamie has been ceaselessly committed to her
hometown community in her professional and volunteer
work.
Jamie is devoted to cultivating the arts in the Lehigh Valley, and has lead her family company in the support and marketing of many of them. Jamie served on the Board of Directors of Lehigh Valley Public Media for more than 15 years, including as Chair. Currently she serves on the Board of Trustees of the Allentown Art Museum and is proud to be a Trustee of The Harry C. Trexler Trust.
PBS39's own Grover Silcox was honored at this year's PBS39 Good Neighbor Awards. Grover is an Emmy Award-winning producer, host and reporter for numerous lifestyle, health, wellness and business programs for PBS39 and LehighValleyNews.com. He spent 40 years as a stand-up comic, actor and public speaker, and performs his original one-man show, Edgar Allan Poe & The Flip Side of Comedy at theaters and venues throughout the region.
Another one of this year's PBS39 Good Neighbor Awards Honorees is Philip Jackson. Philip has dedicated his time, knowledge and resources to improving the lives of young people for decades.
The former Executive Vice President and Market President at Univest Financial Corporation currently serves as Board President for Valley Youth House, a Board member for Grand View Hospital and as a national representative for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
