Public Media Women in Leadership Selects LVPM’s Cari Kozicki for CEO/COO Boot Camp
Lehigh Valley, PA — November 1, 2022 - Public Media Women in Leadership (PMWL) has selected Cari Kozicki, Vice President of Project Management at Lehigh Valley Public Media (LVPM) as a fellow in their second cohort of its CEO/COO Boot Camp fellows Kozicki is one of just 20 fellows from across the country selected for the prestigious national program.
“Cari is part of an incredible group of aspiring leaders that will be participating in this second cohort,” said PMWL Founder Deanna Mackey. “In our first cohort, we had three fellows attain C-level positions either during their training or shortly thereafter. They have all credited the Boot Camp training with preparing them for a higher level of leadership.”
The boot camp aims to provide education and hands-on experiences in critical aspects of station knowledge and management during its intensive, six-month program. Most courses will be led by public media experts and partners who worked with the PMWL team to develop original content that focuses on topics essential in the public media environment: Content/Mission; Audience Development/Local Service & Branding, Sustainability, Finance & HR, Digital/Tech/Data, Public Media Universe, and Embracing Change & Inclusion in Leadership.
“We celebrate PMWL’s commitment to providing a forum for women leaders to support and learn from each other,” said Lehigh Valley Public Media CEO Tim Fallon. “We are very proud and thrilled that Cari was selected to be part of this leadership training program.”
