Will feature up-to-the-minute reporting with Live Blog

Lehigh Valley – Friday, May 12 -- LehighValleyNews.com reporters will be stationed at campaign headquarters across Northampton and Lehigh Counties on Tuesday, May 16 to report on 38 municipal primary elections.

Among the 38 elections are the closely watched Northampton County District Attorney, Lehigh County Commissioner, Allentown City Council, Easton Mayoral, Bethlehem City Council, and school board races across the region.

"We're devoting a significant amount of resources to covering the primary election because of the impact our local elected leaders have on our communities. We launched LehighValleyNews.com last year with the obligation and responsibility to inform and engage people. Covering local elections are at the heart of that,” says Jim Deegan, Vice President, News.

Throughout the night, 13 local reporters will be stationed locally throughout the Lehigh Valley, filing up-to-date stories, real-time results, and provide observations and insight across all the races on a Live Blog on LehighValleyNews.com.

Several reporters will provide live coverage from campaign headquarters and polling stations to talk to candidates, their supporters, and voters as the evening is under way.
