Thousands of Little Free Public Libraries have popped up nationwide since 2009. Advocates say their unregulated nature and their standing as symbols of their neighborhoods make them a popular draw in places like Upper Dublin Township in Montgomery County. PBS39’s Harri Leigh checks them out.
