Raising Readers Program a Success at Donegan Elementary

Over the past six weeks, PBS39 and Donegan Elementary School in Bethlehem partnered on Raising Readers, an early childhood literacy initiative designed to make reading enjoyable.

On Tuesday, November 28 students, teachers, and representatives from PBS39 celebrated the successful completion of the program. Students enjoyed a pizza party and the chance to report on their favorite book.
